New Life Centre
The parish Centre is an intergral part of parish and church life. The centre provides many opportunties for people of ages. Click here to go to the New Life Centre website.
ACTIVE AGE
Wednesday 2.30pm-4.30pm
​
The Active Age are a group of older people from the community and beyond who come together on Wednesday afternoons to share friendship, conversation and social time. They plan activities and events for themselves and for other older people. There's also time for a short Bingo. Refreshments are provided.
Ladies Group
Tuesdays 7pm - 8.30pm
​
Group of women from the Parish and beyond meet on Tuesday evenings to socialise, to do some knitting together and have a good natter about life and relationships. Refreshments provided. All are welcome !
COMMUNITY FOODBANK
​
In partnership with the St Vincent de Paul and Crosscare, the Parish through the New Life Centre operates a Community Foodbank. The foodbank operates on a voucher system facilitated by the St Vincent de Paul Society and an appointment basis at the New Life Centre. You are asked to contact the SVP head office for a visit and they will give you a voucher and the day and time to attend the Centre. Teh Foodbank is staffed by volunteers and discretion and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
